She spent a tremendous amount of time at the house making excellent suggestions about how we could, for minimal costs, improve the attractiveness of the house. Further, she helped us negotiate the services needed so that our costs were minimized. In the end, the house had been transformed into the type of product that really did it justice.
Once this was done, the marketing was phenomenal. Bottom line – we had an offer more than $100,000 above the best we’d seen, with no financing and no inspection – truly a coup – in less than three weeks from when the listing went active. Proceeding to closing was a painless experience.
I have subsequently referred her to anyone I meet trying to sell a property, because I know she’ll replicate our experience for anyone who is smart enough to hire her. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in real estate, and she deserves all the credit for it.
