Testa’s Restaurant Unveils Elaborate Makeover-Palm Beach

Longtime café, Testa’s, asks to build 2-story project at Royal Poinciana Way in Palm Beach. Owners of the 93-year-old Testa’s Restaurant recently disclosed new plans for their Royal Poinciana Property that could alter the face of the town’s former Main Street.
The ground level would include 19,995 of retail space, Testa’s restaurant transformation 6,209 sq. foot of space, 7,565 square feet of covered exterior space and entrances for the second floor residences. The second floor would have 34,618 sq. ft. of residences plus 1,561 sq. ft. of covered exterior space. The entire project would include 120,545 sq. ft. All of this takes on a new look for Palm Beach’s former Main Street. This proposed makeover must first meet the town of Palm Beachs approval.
