Thinking about the people that do not have this weather year round. Freezing cold blistery New York, Michigan, Chicago almost all of the Northeast Corridor. Especially Canadians coming from Montreal. Summer time is a great time to buy for the upcoming winter months. Serious Sellers keep their homes on the market thru summer months to attract Buyers for the Season.
