Today the weather in Palm Beach is in the 80’s. The drive into Palm Beach Island from West Palm Beach was very smooth. The north bridge is closed for 6 months. The bridge will be totally redone by the time season in Florida is in full swing. People start leaving New York and the closer climates about November 1 and stay thru May or June. This time of year-end of May the season is quieting down and the traffic into Palm Beach is not so heavy. This is why the bridge close down is not affecting so many people going to Palm Beach. Worth Avenue the main shopping district is still buzzing with potential high-end shoppers plus boaters. Driving over the bridge to Palm Beach you see many larger yachts and many people jogging along the bridge or bicycling across. Who would not on this 80 degree warn sunny (not humid) Florida sunshine day! Worth Avenue has many fine shops but the main anchor stores are Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman, Louis Vuitton, Marcus, Gucci, Channel plus a few other well-known stores. Also, on Worth Avenue is Taboo, a well-known Restaurant that is called the people watcher fun spot on the strip. Walking to the end of Worth Avenue going east is the ocean. Miles and Miles of beautiful ocean for everyone to enjoy. It is open to the public.
