Residents at Mirasol Golf and Country Club approved a $40 Million project to update and expand amenities at the 1170 home country club community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Work began June 2015 (end of season) And now the Clubhouse is due to open in March 2016.
The Board of directors made a statement to the media describing the new features, which will include:
-A fine dining restaurant, expanded ballroom and casual dining outlets.
-A State of the Art two story fitness center with dedicated Pilates, Spin and group instruction studios.
-A more tranquil and luxurious spa (and beauty salon)
-Separate laps, children’s and fitness pooled.
-Improved golf practice facilities.
Mirasol, a 2,300-acre development, boasts of its No. 16 ranking by the Platinum Club of America, as a universal acknowledgment of greatness. Home prices range from $400K-$4M.
